U20 Rugby World Cup Success

Huge Congratulations to Angus Hall (2024 Leaver) for Helping England U20 Win their First Junior Rugby World Cup since 2016. Angus has impressed the England coaches throughout his time with the 18s, 19s and now 20s playing groups. Angus started both the Semi-Final and Final making decisive breaks and plenty of try saving tackles to assist his elder teammates to their triumph over back-to-back holders France in July. This victory in South Africa meant that England U20s completed the full set of trophies claimed, having already won the 2024 Six Nations at the start of the year.  For a full write up click here and here.

Angus has now represented England versus Argentina, Fiji, France, Georgia, Ireland, Portugal and South Africa. He has recently signed a long-term Senior Men's Academy Contract with Saracens. He will be very hopeful of the prospect of helping England retain their U20s 6Ns and RWC, whilst looking to gain experience in the Men’s Rugby Championship; National Leagues; A-League and Premiership Cup with both Saracens and their affiliated dual-registered clubs. We watch with great interest and wish him the best of luck in achieving all these and further feats in the not-to-distant future.

Go on Angus! Keep Going! Well done and congratulations again.
