We are delighted to inform you that on Friday 21st June, our students had the privilege of attending a talk by the esteemed author, speaker, and CEO, Andrew Bernard. Bernie enlightened our Year 12 and 8 students on the intriguing topic of "What makes Hu/man, shedding light on the complexities of masculinity and the importance of considering our own values and approaches before we become someone we didn’t plan to become”.
Furthermore, he delivered an insightful discourse on domestic violence and coercive control, drawing from his own life experiences. His compelling narratives captivated the audience, allowing our students to delve into profound and significant themes. The engagement with Bernie's life stories has provided a valuable platform for our students to reflect and explore these important societal issues.
