Bebras Competition

During the first two weeks of Term 2, our Judd Computer Science (KS3-KS5) students took part in the annual UK Bebras Challenge.

Bebras is a collaboration between Oxford University & the Raspberry Pi Foundation and reaches out to some 3 million students over 80 countries.

Students were tasked with completing a number of computational thinking challenges relative to their year group over a period of 45-minutes - Think Kent Test but for computer scientists.

This year, 284 of our students (45%) were judged to be in the top 10% nationally, receiving a Gold certificate and have been invited back to take part in the second Coding Challenge.

Good luck & computations to all!
