The German Department is excited to announce the publication of the second edition of our German Journal. 

In this issue readers will find an interview with our very own Herr Jackson, as well as an article on key German idioms and an original story written by one of our students.

We want to thank Sam and Aaron (both in LE1) in particular for taking the lead in creating and editing the issue once again this year. The publication of this issue would not have been possible without their dedication over the past few months. Their invaluable contributions have not only been greatly appreciated but have also played a significant role in promoting the German-speaking world beyond the classroom. Therefore, they have both been awarded a Headteacher's Commendation.
