We are very pleased to announce that the school has been awarded the Silver Equalities Award by Equaliteach. This focused on excellent practice in four key areas:

• Behaviour and Welfare
• Leadership and Management
• Personal Development of Pupils
• Teaching and Learning

Completing the award, with support and coaching from Equaliteach, has helped us to celebrate the good work we are already doing and improve our policies and practices, including training for staff and education for students, improvements to our school uniform guidance, and closer analysis of data to ensure that all students have an equal opportunity to thrive personally and academically at the school.
