On Saturday Alex was awarded her Nidan in karate, after a gruelling 8-hour assessment, which means she is a 2nd Dan Black Belt and the 3rd most senior instructor (Sensei) in Kent.

On the same day Kieran was award his Shodan (1st Dan) again after 8 hours of hard assessment. He was awarded a personalised Dan black belt hand made in Japan.
