Medal haul for Josh at the Welsh Nationals
Congratulations to Josh who is the new Wales National Backstroke u12 champion in the 100m and 200m! He
He also managed silver medals in the 400IM and 400 free and two bronze medals in the 200IM and 50 backstroke. Josh is pictured receiving his 6 medals from Alys Thomas who is the 200m butterfly Commonwealth Champion.
